2026 RV Traveler’s Choice Mattress Program

The RV Care network is proud of its association with the Canadian mattress manufacturer Springwall, allowing us to offer a range of mattresses for RV enthusiasts at RV Care dealerships. The mattresses under the brand RV Traveler’s Choice are exclusively sold at RV Care dealerships and cater to the specific needs of our market.

For 2026, Springwall has kept its most popular models: the Vista III and the Reflection.

Models

The Reflection is the entry-level mattress with a depth of 9 inches. It is equipped with 713 zoned pocket coils and 1 in. of HD medium bio foam for maximum comfort.

The Vista III is the premium model with a depth of 11 inches. It also features more zoned pocket coils (820 in total) than the Reflection and is fully foam encased. This last feature is great for added stability when the customer is sitting on the edge of the bed, and it ensures maximum durability of the mattress.

Both models are delivered rolled and boxed for efficient and compact handling and storage.

Delivery

One huge benefit of our partnership with Springwall is the free freight. No space to store mattresses in-store? No problem. You can sell the RV Traveler’s Choice mattresses individually, and Springwall will manufacture and then send it directly to your customer within two weeks.

Available Mattress Sizes

The RV industry sometimes has rather irregular standards. That’s why Springwall has adapted its production line to manufacture shortened “RV” sized mattresses. There are even two options (shortened or slimmed-down) for King-sized mattresses. You can find more information on the available sizes for each model in the order form.

Volume rebates

We benefit from our collective purchasing power in order to get better pricing from our partners. With Springwall, it’s no different. In addition to the annual Hot Buy event (usually in the fall), you can enjoy a $10 discount per unit when purchasing more than 6 mattresses per delivery (and a $25 discount per unit if you order more than 12). Let’s leverage our combined purchasing power to sell mattress at a competitive price point rather than losing these sales to Costco or Walmart!

Marketing tools

RVC Marketing has created a few tools to help you advertise RV Traveler’s Choice mattresses in store. You should have received samples in the latest POP Kit we sent your way. The partnership between Springwall and RV Care has been in effect for over 5 years now! Therefore, we’ve taken a few pointers from stores that have sold the most mattresses. As a result, we have some fine marketing strategy tips for you so that you can sell more mattresses and recoup your investment fast.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

I’m now selling RVTC mattresses, I need marketing tools to advertise them properly in our store

Great! Visit the RV Care POP Store, where you can order: tent-cards, stickers, and even an RVTC foot protector. These materials act as silent sale tools.

Problem A : I don’t have enough space in-store to stock mattresses

Solution 1: Because the mattresses are rolled and vac-packed in a box, they take up less space. You can place one in each one of your used RVs on your lot (leave it in the box). It will remind customers that they should also think about buying a mattress for their new RV.
Solution 2: You can sell the mattresses in-store and order them one at a time from Springwall for direct delivery to the customer (2-3 weeks lead time).

Problem B: I don’t have room for customers to try out mattresses in my store

Solution 1: Springwall has mini buns, samples for the two mattress models in the RV Traveler’s Choice line-up. These mini buns allow you to show the construction of the mattress and are readily used in mattress stores.

Solution 2: you can install a mattress in a demo unit for customers to try and feel the comfort. They can compare the build quality of the RVTC mattresses with the OEM mattress, and up-sell them to a great night’s sleep.

Solution 3: Customers are now used to buying mattresses online without trying them. If you can’t display a mattress in a demo RV, you can always explain to your customer that they benefit from a 30-Night Sleep Comfort Guarantee to try their new mattress out. You can even print in advance, the 30-Night Sleep Comfort Certificate, to hand out to customers.

30-Night Sleep Comfort Guarantee

If a customer purchases an RV Traveler’s Choice Mattress Protector with their new RV Traveler’s Choice mattress (on the same receipt), they will benefit from our 30-Night Sleep Comfort Guarantee. If they are not fully satisfied with their new mattress, they have 30 nights to bring it back to your dealership where you will offer them:

  • An exchange of their mattress for a different RV Traveler’s Choice model
  • Or refund their purchase (of the mattress, not the mattress protector)

Make sure that the mattress the customer wants to return, is free of stains, wear or any other defects. The 30-Night Comfort Guarantee is only valid when a Mattress Protector is purchased. The customer must also provide the original receipt of the purchase in order to qualify.
