SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Within Canada
Products on shop.rvcare.ca can only be shipped within Canada.
- All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified.
The following exceptions may apply:
- Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box or to certain rural addresses.
- Rural Delivery: Some locations incur an additional shipping fee, as charged by our couriers. These locations include, but are not limited to: Newfoundland/Labrador, Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories, and other rural areas.
- Oversized or Heavy Shipments: Are only available for in-store pickup.
If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you by email prior to processing your order.
Shipping Fees
SHIPPING RATES PER ORDER:
- All product prices and shipping fees are in Canadian dollars (shipping fees are non-refundable).
- Shipping surcharges may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using the best possible method and delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on the destination, the size of certain items and the courier delays due to weather conditions.
- As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number, where available.
- Use the tracking number provided to follow your order (the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours).
- Shipping restrictions / surcharges / delays may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, and destination.
Cancellations
We will do our best to process any cancellation request, but please understand that delays may occur due to coordination with the warehouse, particularly if the request is received after business hours. An order is considered fulfilled when a shipping label is created and cannot be cancelled at that point.
Returned to Sender/Refused Delivery
If your order is returned to the sender for any reason or delivery is refused, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Please understand that we incur hefty shipping charges when this occurs. As such, we ask you to verify all the details of your order before completing your purchase.
Lost/Misdelivered Shipments
Please contact us by email at [email protected], as soon as possible if you notice an issue with your shipment. Misdelivered shipments must be reported within 3 business days. Our couriers often do not require a signature on delivery. RV Care is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If the courier deems the item has been delivered to the correct address and you believe it has been stolen, you can file a police report with your local authorities.
If your order is lost or misdelivered, please contact our customer service team. We can file a claim with the courier. Please note, this process is at the discretion of the courier and RV Care has no control over the outcome. This process may take several weeks. We can issue a refund or reship your order if the courier deems the item cannot be located.
Shipping Errors
If you have received a different item than what was ordered, please contact us directly to arrange a reship. In most cases, we will require a photo of the item you received, with the part number visible.
Local Pickup for Oversized Items
Items labelled for Local Pickup Only are oversized and cannot be delivered to a home address.
Before completing your transaction, you will be asked to select an RV Care dealer location near you. Your oversized product will be delivered here free of charge. This dealer will contact you when your order has arrived and inform you when you may come to the dealership to pick it up.
Please note that some oversize products require installation; however, the cost of installation is not included in the sale price of the item. The RV Care dealer you’ve selected for delivery may be able to provide the installation service, but you will need to schedule an appointment in advance.
It is also recommended that prior to purchasing an oversized product requiring installation, you contact your RV Care Dealer for advice on making the right product selection based on your make and RV model.

Product Installations
All oversized products are only available for pickup at a local RV Care Dealer. Some oversized products may require installation. RV Care Dealers do not provide product installation without you contacting the RV Care Dealer prior to product pickup and scheduling an appointment. Before buying any product that requires an installation service, it is recommended that you contact your RV Care Dealer for the right product selection based on your make and RV model. Return Policy
RV Care is proud to offer high-quality products, but if you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, we will accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for product return shipping fees.
The following products are non-returnable:
- Any used, installed, or altered products.
- Liquids or items with a chemical makeup.
- Special order items.
Refunds will be processed once the product has been received and inspected by the warehouse.
Returned to sender or refused delivery shipments will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, due to the high fees we incur on these returns.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will require the original order number including information about which items you wish to return and the reasons for returning. We will generate an RMA number for you and send you a label to use on the return shipment. You must use the provided label to ensure that your return shipment will be accepted by us.
Note: Returns that are not pre-authorized or that do not bear a valid RMA# will be refused and returned to you. All related shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damaged Products or Missing Components
We ask you to thoroughly inspect your order for damage or missing components as soon as it is received. Items that are damaged upon receipt must be reported to our team by email within 10 business days after receipt of the product. RV Care cannot guarantee any replacement or refund if damage is reported beyond 10 business days after receipt of the product.
Each request requires a photo of the outside packaging, as well as a close-up photo of the damage to the product. We can provide a full refund or exchange (for identical product) when the return is approved.
If an oversized shipment is damaged upon your in-store pickup, please do not accept receipt of the product.
Please do not attempt to use, install, or alter any product that is missing pieces or damaged. RV Care cannot return or refund any used or altered products.
