How it works?
Our online store, Shop RV Care, has partnered with Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm to offer flexible installment payment options at checkout. These “buy now, pay later” services let you spread the cost of your purchases over time.
Sign up: Create an account with Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm. You’ll be asked to provide basic personal information and link a debit or credit card. Some providers may do a soft credit check.
Shop: Add item(s) to your cart while shopping on Shop RV Care.
Checkout: At checkout, select an available installment payment option such as Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm. The options shown may vary based on the purchase amount and the provider’s approval criteria.
Pay: Enter your debit or credit card information and complete your checkout. The first payment is charged immediately, and the remaining payments will be automatically charged to your linked card based on the schedule you select.
Once your order is processed, you can log into your Afterpay, Klarna or Affirm account to view your purchase details and make payments anytime.
Afterpay is a “buy now, pay later” service that allows customers to split purchases into four interest-free installments. The first payment is due at the time of purchase, and the remaining three are automatically charged every two weeks over a six-week period.
You can log into your Afterpay account at any time to view your payment schedule, make early payments, or manage your account settings. Learn more
Afterpay is available to our customers who have:
A Canadian billing address
A Canadian shipping address
A Canadian Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit)
A Canadian mobile phone number
Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, or phone numbers will not be able to use Afterpay.

Klarna
Klarna is a “buy now, pay later” service that allows customers to split purchases into installments or defer payments for a set period. Depending on your eligibility, Klarna may offer options such as Pay in 4 interest-free installments, Pay the full amount or Pay over time.
You can manage your purchases, view your schedule, and make payments at any time by logging into your Klarna account. Learn more
To sign up for Klarna you must:
Be a resident of Canada
Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid bank card/bank account
Have a positive credit history
Be able to receive verification codes via tex
Approval is subject to a soft credit check and Klarna’s internal assessment.
Affirm
Affirm is a “buy now, pay later” service that allows customers to split purchases into biweekly or monthly payments over time—with no hidden fees, late fees, or penalties.
You can log into your Affirm account anytime to view your payment schedule, make additional payments, or manage your information. Learn more
To use Affirm in Canada, you must:
Be a resident of Canada
Be at least the age of majority in your province or territory
Have a Canadian bank account, credit card, or debit card
Have a Canadian mobile phone number and email address
Pass a quick soft credit check for certain plans
Returns & Refunds
You can return items purchased online on Shop RV Care the same way you would with any other payment method, as long as the items are eligible under our Return Policy.
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed through the payment provider you used:
Afterpay
Follow Shop RV Care’s Return Policy to return your item(s).
Afterpay will be notified of your return.
If you’ve made payments, they will refund you for those amounts.
Any remaining scheduled payments will be cancelled.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Follow Shop RV Care’s Return Policy to return your item(s).
Affirm will process a refund once we confirm your return.
If you’ve already made payments, you’ll be reimbursed for those amounts—minus any interest paid, if applicable. Note: Interest already paid is not refundable.
If your refund is partial, your loan balance will be reduced.
If your refund exceeds your remaining balance, the difference (minus interest paid) will be returned to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Klarna Klarna uses advanced security measures to make online shopping safe. Its Fraud and Liability Protection helps protect you in the event of any unauthorized purchases or suspicious activity on your account.
Affirm Affirm is committed to protecting your personal information and account data with strong encryption and security practices.
Please note: Affirm is aware of a cybersecurity incident involving Evolve Bank & Trust, a third-party partner that issues the Affirm Card (not Affirm financing). Affirm is actively investigating and will contact any affected customers directly. This incident does not impact most Affirm users. Learn more
