2-Year RVTC Rewards Warranty – Claims Procedures
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT YOUR original bill of sale / receipt, from the RV Care dealership where you purchased your RVTC product. If you scanned it and uploaded it into your account, please retrieve it and have it ready to present.
Your Extra Mile 2-Year Rewards Warranty is valid from the original purchase date, plus 24-months. Please assure you are claiming within the valid term period.
Present yourself at the original RV Care Dealership where you purchased the RV Traveler’s Choice product(s), with your original receipt and the product you are claiming is defective, for inspection.
The RV Care Dealer will validate and proceed with either; a full product replacement with same Brand or if not available, similar product OR repair the said product OR provide a full refund. ( At the RV Care dealer’s discretion based on the product issue and new product availability ).

You can complete the online claim form and submit. ( Click on Claim Form below ). The form will ask for a scanned copy of the original dealership receipt, a photo of the RV Traveler’s Choice faulty product, and a full detailed description of the product issue, along with your information.
Once submitted, our staff will validate the claim.
An email will be sent to you confirming reception of your claim along with next steps which can include:
Your product can be repaired, please drop-off at your local RV Care Dealership
OR
Your product will be replaced, with a new same product and brand, or similar product providing the same functionality of your original product. Please proceed to the RV Care Dealership.
OR
If the product is no longer available, a full refund of the same amount showing on your original receipt.

OUR 2-YEAR REWARDS WARRANTY – VALIDATION
All extended warranty plans available, will require a Warranty Validation, meaning, proof that you are the person that purchased the product in question and that in many cases are the purchaser of the plan.
With the Extra Mile Rewards program, there was no monetary exchange for our 2-Year Warranty Reward. It was FREE with your purchase of our national exclusive brand called RV Traveler’s Choice. We really try to live up to our promise.
The only way we can validate and process your claim is by asking for your proof of purchase. Most of us, lose or misplace our store receipt, so here is a fool proof way for you not to lose it. Just take 1 minute of your time and scan your store product receipt with your smart phone and upload here in your account.

2. Save it to a file or elsewhere on your phone.
3. Click on Upload Your Receipt
4. It will ask you to browse your files and select. Select your save scanned receipt.
5. Or you can drag the receipt into the drop area.
